I was so happy with my experience with the Brandt-Mullins team! From start to finish they were able to guide me through every step of the way. I met Britt and his mother, Mary, for the listing of my house. We hit it off immediately, and they went to work helping me get the house ready to sell. They put me in touch with a stager and a painter to help with the process and a professional photographer to capture the house at its best. When the house went on the market, they made sure that it flooded the internet market. The house sold in 4 days! At that point, I met Mary to tour possible homes for my family. We were able to find something within a week. This is when Ken took over. He helped me with the contracts and setting up for inspections, etc. We were able to coordinate both closings on the same day. Had it not been for this complete team approach, I would not have been able to navigate both closings as seamlessly as they went.Thank you so much to the Britt-Mullins Team! The best decision I ever made was listing my home with the Brandt-Mullins Team - and here s why.
