Chris was absolutely a God Send! When I first met him, I wasnt even sure I was ready to buy. I just knew I was tired of renting. Being a first time homebuyer, I was extremely picky and indecisive. He has the patience of a saint. His knowledge of the home buying process made me confident to choose him on my journey. He was able to walk into a home with me and help me create a vision. So much so that even if I didnt like a house entirely, I didnt hate it because I saw and knew what it could be. He would also let me know if the price of the home was worth it when compared to any and everything that needed to be done. With that being said, he doesnt pressure at all. I even stopped looking for a couple months and we picked right back up when I was ready. It isnt about a sell to him. You would think hes the one buying the home with how much care he puts into the entire process. I plan to keep Chris as my agent now and in the future. You come across people like him every blue moon ??
