Bob Pfister Real Estate Services

Bob is incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me pick a great home, and found a bunch of choices for me based on the specific things I was looking for. I moved from out of state and he was very informative about the area and things to do. He helped me make an offer lower than I would have on my own that was accepted, saving me a good bit of money. If I were to sell my house I would go back to Bob for help!

Bob proved to be patient, thorough, and knowledgeable during my home buying process. He was responsive and respectful. He helped me evaluate the pluses and minuses of the property I wished to purchase ...

We met Bob at a showing for a house in Erie. Got to talking to him and let him know we were selling a house out in Warren and asked if he knew anyone out there to help us out. He drove all the way out there to look at our house and give us his opinion on things we could change or shape up in order to make the place more attractive to buyers. We took his advice then hired him to sell it for us. Within a week we got multiple offers and he took care of the rest! It was the least stressful house sale weve ever had or heard someone else having! When we buy our next place we will definitely come to Bob! He is truly a genuinely wonderful person who deeply loves what he does!

Bob was awesome to work with. I highly recommend his services. His expertise is top notch! Our house sold in less than 10 days. Couldn't have done it without him.

I contracted with Bob to list two homes. Bob found a buyer for the first home in less than two weeks. Within two weeks after Bob listed the second home, which was in need of many updates, he was able to locate a buyer and we had a signed contract. Bob is a great guy to work with and due to his expertise both transactions and closings went extremely well. I recommend Bob for any real estate needs as he is a very professional and knowledgeable agent!
