ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Bob at a showing for a house in Erie. Got to talking to him and let him know we were selling a house out in Warren and asked if he knew anyone out there to help us out. He drove all the way out there to look at our house and give us his opinion on things we could change or shape up in order to make the place more attractive to buyers. We took his advice then hired him to sell it for us. Within a week we got multiple offers and he took care of the rest! It was the least stressful house sale weve ever had or heard someone else having! When we buy our next place we will definitely come to Bob! He is truly a genuinely wonderful person who deeply loves what he does!

Within two weeks after Bob listed the second home, which was in need of many updates, he was able to locate a buyer and we had a signed contract. Bob is a great guy to work with and due to his expertise both transactions and closings went extremely well. I recommend Bob for any real estate needs as he is a very professional and knowledgeable agent!

I moved from out of state and he was very informative about the area and things to do. He helped me make an offer lower than I would have on my own that was accepted, saving me a good bit of money. As this was my first home buying experience I had a multitude of questions throughout the process and Bob was easily approachable and provided fast and thorough answers to all of my questions. He was also extremely flexible--since I work in a hospital setting it was difficult for me to make appointments during normal work hours, but Bob was willing to work around my schedule and even meet me at my workplace to review documents. Overall the home buying experience went extremely smoothly for me and I have Bob to thank for that. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest realtor who knows the area extremely well.
