Bluefin Premier Properties

Terry was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our house was sold in the quick window we had before moving out of state. When we were showing our house, Terry let us borrow her own furniture and decorations for staging! She followed-up with us promptly to touch base on all showings, and she was always quick to respond to texts or emails. If you are looking to sell your house, I would absolutely recommend Terry.

Terry was Professional and Prrsonal throughout the whole difficult transaction as we were Georgia Remote Sellers. She got us through all the difficult issues with her expertise in negotiating skills with contractors and agents. She was in contact with us no joke on a daily basis and always went well beyond our expectations because of the six state distance between us. She always kept my morale boosted and said she would have our house in Milford Sold by March 2023 and she did! I am still in shock because our timing was not the best! She has our heart ?? !

Terry was awesome! She helped me buy and sell! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor! She answered all of my questions promptly and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and painless as possible! She even helped me find a painter for my new home! She is friendly and really knowledgable about the market. She has a strong honest work ethic and I felt comfortable with her assistance and guidance.

Terry did an excellent job of getting our house at 30106 Stage Coach Circle in Milford, DE sold when she said she would. It was very difficult in that we were not on-site and lived in Georgia. She was professional and personable in working with contractors and Buyer's agents and kept us informed on a daily basis because there was alot of contractor work nessessary to get the house into the home we had lived in for years. I would give her 10 Stars! Robert West

Terry has been a fantastic agent for us She will go above and beyond to ensure we get the best deal both buying and selling our homes she has been our agent thru 3 home buys and one sale One of our purchases was made very difficult by the sellers agent and she kept on fighting for us we would recommend her to anyone!
