ZillowVERIFIEDTerry did an excellent job of getting our house at 30106 Stage Coach Circle in Milford, DE sold when she said she would. It was very difficult in that we were not on-site and lived in Georgia. She was professional and personable in working with contractors and Buyer's agents and kept us informed on a daily basis because there was alot of contractor work nessessary to get the house into the home we had lived in for years. I would give her 10 Stars! Robert West

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was Professional and Prrsonal throughout the whole difficult transaction as we were Georgia Remote Sellers. She got us through all the difficult issues with her expertise in negotiating skills with contractors and agents. She was in contact with us no joke on a daily basis and always went well beyond our expectations because of the six state distance between us. She always kept my morale boosted and said she would have our house in Milford Sold by March 2023 and she did! I am still in shock because our timing was not the best! She has our heart ?? !

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our house was sold in the quick window we had before moving out of state. When we were showing our house, Terry let us borrow her own furniture and decorations for staging! She followed-up with us promptly to touch base on all showings, and she was always quick to respond to texts or emails. If you are looking to sell your house, I would absolutely recommend Terry.

ZillowVERIFIED Very quickly responded to phone calls and inquiries. Followed up on all questions. Gave timely and excellent advice when necessary. While she was not the agent for the home that I sold [it was sold with a lawyer] in relation to the home I bought through her, she gave very good advice on the sale of my property in Pennsylvania.

ZillowVERIFIED FROM THE MOMENT WE CONTACTED TERRY ABOUT LISTING OUR HOME FOR SALE SHE TOOK US UNDER HER WING AND GUIDED US THROUGH HOME PREPARATION PRIOR TO LISTING AND DECORATING FOR SHOWING.SHE WAS VERY HANDS ON IN ALL PREPARATIONS INCLUDING STAGING THE HOME FOR PHOTOS FOR THE MLS LISTING SHE ADVISED US ON WHAT PRICE TO LIST THE HOUSE. SHE WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN GETTING AN EXCELLENT DEAL FOR THE HOUSE THIS WAS THE 3RD PROPERTY WE HAVE SOLD IN THE PAST 4 YEARS. TERRY WAS WAY MORE INVOLVED AND SKILLED IN REPRESENTING OUR INTERESTS IN THESE TRANSACTIONS TO SUM IT ALL UP "I DONT' BELIEVE YOU CAN FIND AN AGENT THAT WILL REPRESENT YOU AND YOUR INTERESTS BETTER THAN TERRY SCOTT!"

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state and had to sell my mother's home. Terry was very helpful and went above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any realtor I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her services. She sold my mother's property in 2 days after it had been on the market for 1 year with another realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry Scott is the perfect professional real estate agent. She treated me like I was truly the most important client that she had. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying and selling market. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and what I was willing to spend. She found and showed me properties that I was interested in and could afford. I was struggling with a mortgage company and jumping through hoops for a loan. Terry found me a mortgage professional that made that process so simple. Terry was with me every step of the way and beyond. Terry is a Master !
