John actually worked with us for quite awhile before we were ready to sell our property. Never pushy, he would check in by text now and then. When we were ready to move he had a pice ready to review with us the same day. Total time to offer: 24 hours.At every point he took care of details, which was very important to us as we live in another state and could not be there to deal with things ourself.For a painless, streamlined experience I can't recommend anyone more.
