Hands down the best Realtor in Chino Hills! My wife and I decided that wed outgrown our first home. After doing some research we called Mike for a consultation about what seemed like an incredibly laborious process. He answered all of our questions and concerns regarding our homes sale, while also making sure our goals on purchasing a new home were realistic. From photos to listing and then the escrow process he personally took care of every issue or question that arose. Mike really went above and beyond, making sure all our sales goals were met, while also treating us like family. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends or family considering selling or buying a home.

I first met Mike at an open house on my street. I was impressed by his listing photos and his Zillow showcase, so when I started planning to sell one of my investment properties, I reached out to him for a chat. I quickly learned that he holds a broker's license and has strong experience in lending and advertising aEUR" something I really appreciated right away. He also offered a very competitive staging price. When I was ready to sell, I had two agents in mind: Mike and another agent I had worked with before. The other agent didn't seem very enthusiastic when I mentioned that my current tenant needed help finding a new rental home. Mike, on the other hand, stepped right up aEUR" and helped that tenant family find a nice place to live in less than two weeks. Before listing, we went through a major remodel of the entire house aEUR" new floors, fresh paint, an updated kitchen, and a renovated bathroom aEUR" working with four different contractors. Mike was there every step of the way and never charged me anything extra for his time and coordination. As a single mom with a daughter who gets sick often, I was barely able to visit the property during the remodel and listing process. Mike handled everything for me without hesitation. His dedication gave me so much peace of mind during a very busy and stressful time. We received an offer above asking price in the very first week, and the sale closed in under three weeks. It was truly a blessing to work with someone as knowledgeable, reliable, and caring as Mike. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!
