Billionaires Row

We are so incredibly thankful for Lloyd. My husband and I were first time home buyers & Lloyd came highly recommended. In the middle of our search we found out we were pregnant. Our criteria shifted and Lloyd did not miss a beat. He was on top of it, only showing us properties with great potential. We found the one shortly after! He steered the entire transaction, and walked us through it, along with helping execute our vision with renovations. From color to material he has a resource for everything. Responsive, serious about his work but always quick to smile. We have definitely found our agent for future home endeavors and will be sending those we care about to him as well.

Lloyd couldn't have been more knowledgable, supportive, or helpful in our home purchasing process. He always made himself available via phone, text, or in-person and answered the million questions we asked. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Gregg and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to support us in a recent purchase in La Jolla. Everything was outstanding - responsiveness, local knowledge, attention to detail, follow up, thoughtfulness, you name it. He and his team make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that you are fully satisfied with the outcome. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. He also has an army of high quality professionals and contractors that he rallies to help with anything that comes up. We literally can't recommend Gregg and his team highly enough!

Gregg was one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable agents Ive ever met. He helped us purchase our dream home in a highly desirable neighborhood where the listing exploded with interest the moment it hit the market. Greggs negotiating skills were outstanding, and his deep knowledge of the local market gave us a real edge. He offered smart, practical suggestions that benefited both us and the seller, smoothing the entire process. Were now happily settled in our home and couldnt be more grateful for Greggs expertise and tireless support. Highly recommend!
