Gregg gave us advice based on his understanding of our circumstances and did not steer us to purchase the highest priced home but one he thought would meet our news (my husband is disabled). We were moving countries and could not see the options in person so he managed to give us a video tour of each one. The market was hot and although he managed to get our offers accepted we were often ruled out due to not being a cash purchaser. However in the end we were extremely happy with the place we purchased and first saw when we got off the plane from London. Gregg promptly responded to my emails, phone calls and text messages from the first day I contacted him until the close of escrow and beyond. His office assistant, Theresa Thompson, was available to answer questions and provide updates whenever Gregg was busy with other clients. Gregg and his staff are professional and organized. Gregg recommended and contacted a painter, carpenter, termite company, cleaning crew and staging business to complete various jobs at my parents' home to prepare it for listing. All of the contracted labor and services that Gregg recommended were extremely reasonable in the fees they charged. Not only did he end up being a master negotiator (and got us a house we didnt think we had much of a chance getting) but he would explain things so patiently and was involved in every single step and kept us in the loop along the way. We worked with him for over a year to both sell our house and then find another house.
