BIG Realty LLC

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot begin to thank them for the amazing work they did to get my deal done. There were more than a few huge hurdles caused by the "other party" but Eric and his team handled everything smoothly, professionally, and on time for closing. Thank you so much for everything!!

Eric helped me out relentlessly, and his mortgage team was just as supportive. Late nights and early mornings were never an issue for him or his team. At 19 years old, he guided me through finding a home within my price range without ever discouraging me. Whenever a deal fell through or a home was sold before I could see it due to my busy schedule, he always lifted me up and kept me motivated. I couldnt recommend him enough, and I plan to use him again when its time to sell my home. Bonus points for being a follower of Christ.

Justin did an outstanding job helping us purchase our home. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions. He made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother by keeping us informed every step of the way and advocating for our best interests. His professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the Summerville market gave us confidence in every decision we made. We never felt pressured, and he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. If youre looking for a realtor who is honest, dependable, and truly looks out for his clients, I highly recommend Justin Gaskill. We appreciate everything he did for our family and wouldnt hesitate to work with him again.

Justin did an outstanding job, what a pleasure to work with. The process went smoothly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the negotiations for my new home. Justin is friendly and knowledgeable about the Charleston area. He assisted in making the home move in ready with the seller. I would highly recommend Justin to friends or family looking in the Charleston area.

Justin was exceptional when we were selling our condo! His local connections, process expertise, and timely communications kept us engaged and his ability to guide us through the process helped us to feel prepared and knowledgeable throughout. Would love to recommend him as your realtor.
