When I would call him with a problem he solved it immediately with confidence and a kind heart. He helped me to be able to receive a screened porch from my builder. On moving day he was there helping three boys from college hunks take a piano down a flight of stairs because they had no clue what they were doing. He stepped in to be the leader so the job could get done. He brought all kinds of extras to my house with his car and made a special trip to get a heavy clay chimney. Now that my friends is a good hearted person. You do not find people like Justin in the world to often so treasure them when you do. His rates for selling a house are wonderful. ??????

He went well above and beyond our expectations in helping our family purchase a home in Cane Bay Plantation. To give you a little bit of our experience... We are a dual military family that was living in Okinawa, Japan for the last 5 years with zero ties to South Carolina. When we got orders to Charleston, we began reaching out to realtors with weeks of zero responses back. It was extremely discouraging. My husband came across a review from another overseas military family that recommended Mr. Gaskill. My husband sent him an e-mail and within hours we had a response back. My husband and I had a telephone consult where we felt immediate connection with Mr. Gaskill. He was easy to talk to. He cared about all of our wants and desires for our home to the point where he knew what we would/would not like. At the end of our experience, he was only sending homes we would love. He was very responsive! Always seemed to write us the same day, even though we lived in a different time zone. He sent us pictures/videos of houses and even Facetimed us through several homes (sometimes multiple times) that we were really wanting to see. Mr. Gaskill knew us so well, that when we were finally set on a particular home, he encouraged us to walk one more home in the same area that he thought would be a better fit for us. Sure enough, it was better for us and we are living in it now! During the time we were hunting for a home, Mr. Gaskill went as far as meeting our aEURoepotentialaEUR? neighbors and ensuring there were kids on the block for our kiddo. He gave us information on the area and the schools. We have never had a realtor do that for us!Once we found our home, Mr. Gaskill walked through our home several times to ensure it was being built as it should. ZillowVERIFIED We got really, really lucky with Justin and Eric! They worked in tandem with us so there was twice the knowledge and expertise helping us on our way. This is the 4th house weve bought and by far the easiest, which we credit to them. Eric showed us around, taking the time to point out the positives and negatives of each house we looked at. He listened to what we said and did his best to insure we were making the best decision based on what we said. Justin sent us plenty of listings, coached us through the closing process, attended the closing, and then also gave us some much needed intel about our new home city. He knows so much about the area and had no problem answering all of our questions thoroughly. As a side note, they are both accustomed to working with military families so all the aggravations that come with PCSing and trying to close on a tight schedule...they are masters at helping through this. I would 100% work with them again and when it comes time to sell our house, I know who I'm calling. If we buy another house in this area, Justin and Eric are the team we will go to!
