Chris is a fantastic realtor! As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know anything at all about the process of buying a home. I always felt comfortable asking him any kind of question from the most basic to more complex. He always made himself available, even when the home I finally bought had a short turnaround (I had to jump on the opportunity in less than 24 hours after getting off a waiting list). Before that, I had spent about 2 years looking for homes on-and-off to which Chris always kept in touch when appropriate (and gave me space when I needed to take a break - also equally important and not always something you find in people who work in sales).
