Im a first time home buyer and Hillary made it as painless as possible for me. We were always in communication. She worked around my schedule, but if for some reason she couldnt be there she would let me know and send a team member who had the load down on me and what i was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions if I noticed something. She also pointed out things she noticed. She sent me as much information as she could on the houses and the area including utilities and internet. When i was debating between two houses, she gave me advice on how to decide. She was also very personable.
