ZillowVERIFIED Lindsay is a hard worker and has much more initiative than buying agents I have used in the past. My past experience with buying agents has been that I do all the work, tell them which houses I want to see, gather all of the information on my own, and they just write up the paperwork to seal the deal. Lindsay often beat me to the punch when a new listing popped up, got any information that I needed when I told her I liked the house and wanted to see it, and set up a showing as soon as it fit into my schedule. We made multiple offers on different houses and she didnt get frustrated with us when we would decide to walk away from a bidding war and wait for something better. We found the process to be a bit frustrating as the last time we bought a house it was a buyers market, and it has quickly changed into a sellers market. She kept us from getting deterred and helped us try to understand the changing marketplace. She gave us great advice on monetary negotiations and wasnt afraid to fight for our side when it came to negotiations on repairs. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a house, we are very happy with the home we bought and the price that we got it for.
