Ive experienced more than one transaction with Courtney and have always been impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. Feel comfortable reaching out to Courtney with any real estate needs.

Im extremely happy that I chose to Peggy to sell my house. Peggy was always there to answer my phone calls and text messages, which I really appreciated. Because I live out of state, she had to deal with both the management company and the tenant living on the property. Peggy was a professional throughout the entire process of selling the house, and I got the best price possible for my house! I highly recommend Peggy as a realtor!! Im glad that I was able to find her searching Google Reviews. Five+++ stars

I cannot recommend Courtney Thompson enough! Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Courtney made the entire experience incredibly smooth and even enjoyable. From day one, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect home in Sterling, Kansas. Courtney went above and beyond at every step of the process. She answered every question I had, kept me updated constantly, and made sure I fully understood everything from showings to the final closing. Her knowledge of the local market and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in great hands. What really sets Courtney apart is how much she truly cares about her clients. I never felt rushed or pressuredaEUR"only supported and guided in making the right decision. It was clear she had my best interests in mind the entire time. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the Sterling area, Courtney Thompson is absolutely the person you want on your side. I'm so grateful for her help and couldnt have asked for a better realtor!

"We had a fantastic experience working with Courtney. Selling our office building with an occupied rental property was no small feat, and we knew the buyer pool would be limited. Courtney kept us informed every step of the way and was incredibly respectful of our tenants schedule when arranging showings. She even went above and beyond by providing cleaning services for the rental to ensure it showed its best. Ultimately, she secured a very attractive offer and made the closing process completely seamless. Highly recommended!"

Courtney is beyond amazing. She stuck with us for over a year looking at a ton of houses. We couldn't afford much and our loan provider has strict rules, so it took a lot of time and looking. There were times I cried on the phone with her and she picked me back up every time. She is AMAZING when it comes to negotiating. We would not have been able to find a home without her. I recommend her to everyone! When our "right" house finally came, she made it happen. She will help you every step of the way and is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. Choosing Courtney is one of the best decisions you'll ever make.
