Being a single mom on a budget I knew my dream would have limitations. But I also had some must haves that I needed to fit into that budget. Which would be really challenging. But I'm forever grateful and happy that I picked Courtney to help me. She was dedicated. And relentless. And patient. We looked at house after house after house. And I cant tell you how many times I said no its not right. It doesnt have a basement. It doesnt have this. The yard is to small. Etc etc. And every time I felt a little bad because Courtney was putting in serious time. And serious work. I felt bad knowing shed just have to work more. But she never batted an eye. And her response was always the same. Dont worry. We will keep looking. Its ok. Its your forever home and I want it to be right. She even called people she knew were just THINKING about selling because she thought id like the house. She contacted for sale by owner. She followed leads I found. And found leads herself. Week after week. And always available. She always answered my calls and my texts. And she communicated thoroughly each step of the process. Thank goodness cause it was my first time.
