Michelle Scrape is the best agent out here now with her knowledge, patience and that she goes far beyond to ensure you are getting the home of your dreams. My husband and I loved Michelle she helped with each step of the process while always communicating and giving updates. If its your first home or next home she will make it a great experience. She is super super nice and honest in explaining information while advising as you visit each home. She is awesome wish there was more agents like her, she is one of a kind. Thank you Michelle very much we are enjoying our new homeaEUR|.

My wife found Tim because of how highly he was rated. Based on that he came to our house and from that first meeting really liked Tim. He aggressively advertised our home using several options we didn't know existed. In the first week there were a couple hundred views. Knowing most were just window shopping it still showed our house in a positive way. Within 3 weeks we had two offers. Settlement was in 5 weeks from the time listed. House sold for more than listed. One thing I really appreciated and respected was his honest opinion based on this being his profession what he suggested our house get listed at. He had a listing of the homes in our area and what they sold for. Tim was very respectful to my wife and me from the first day until settlement. Even when done and our house was sold he said if we had any questions to text him. I highly recommend Tim if you are looking to sell or buy a home. I can honestly say the whole process felt like we were working with a friend who looked out for our best interests.

I have been working with Michelle Scarpa since 2019 on several different occasions. Absolutely the kindest, honest, most hardworking, and dedicated realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She makes sure that both as a buyer and seller everything is transparent! There are no surprises and she is respectful of your wishes in all aspects while also ensuring you have what you need to make informed decisions. She is timely, patient, and covers all bases needed. Michelle is an advocate who will make sure you get the most of our house hunting. She has now helped me and my family together and separately! All great experiences!

Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, especially with new construction and all the moving parts involved, but Michelle stayed on top of everything. She kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. Whenever an issue came up, she followed through until it was resolved. I never felt like I was just another transaction. Michelle genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. We are very happy in our new home, and we're grateful for everything Michelle did to help us get here. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated Realtor who truly looks out for her clients, I would absolutely recommend Michelle Scarpa.
