BHHS Fox & Roach

Meryl is our realtor for life. We used her to both buy a home and sell a home. She is very professional. She replies immediately, even when on vacation, keeps you informed of every step in the process, and alleviates any concerns. She is also an expert negotiator. We feel we received the best offers possible due to her skills. Moreover, closing both times with her were relaxing and easy. We give her our highest recommendation.

I met Meryl and Lee at an Open House and quickly realized that I wanted them to represent us selling our home. I have worked with many realtors and was impressed with Meryl's ability to quickly make us feel at ease based on her knowledge of the market and real estate process. She was very prompt in her responses and was always available to discuss our questions and concerns. We quickly developed a rapport based on her strong communication skills. I can only describe Meryl and Lee as true professionals and highly recommend them.
