As first time homebuyers, he was incredible in helping us making an informed decision. He's well versed with our locality (Edison Township) and has lived in the town for many years. Even after the purchase, he was an incredible resource in helping us with any renovations we were doing. Never pushy and let us take our time in making an informed decision. We saw multiple houses, and he was always honest and upfront about the property. For example, we walked away from one because he felt the roof was not in a good condition. He's also familiar with religious restrictions (i.e. the direction the house faces etc.)., and will factor it in for you. After we made our purchase he was also helpful with the mortgage/closing process. We shopped around for our mortgage and his referral was the best rate at the time. Overall I've recommended him to anyone who I know needs a realtor. I still keep in touch with him and reach out if I have any questions on renovations (if something will add home value, etc.).

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Adi for 8+ years now and he has helped me with various property transactions over the years, and it has always been great. What I like about him: - He is a straight shooter, he doesn't sugar coat his view about any property or buyer/seller. This is great because even if you dont like his answer, it still helps you make an objective, non-emotional decision - He really knows the market, but who doesnt these days with so much data online. Then what is special about Adi? When he takes you to a house to buy, he can tell exactly what the house will sell for. A lot many times I doubted him only to find out later that the house sold exactly in the range that Adi mentioned :) If you are buying and find something not good, he will tell you how much it would take you to fix it and that way you can adjust your offer, but it also helps you decide if the issue is trivial or a deal breaker. - He is always willing to help. He is a real handyman. When my handyman was busy and couldnt show up to fix something in my house just before my showing, it was Adi who came to my rescue and fixed it right in time. He has helped with similar run around multiple times and not just to me, I have overheard him talk on the phone with other clients offering to help. Id researched a lot of agents before I went with Adi and I am glad I chose Adi because he is one of the best agents in NJ!

From our first meeting with Adi, I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and very easy to work with. He helped us with understanding what to focus on to get the house ready for sale and guided us through the process. His advice and insights were spot on, as we had multiple offers early on and his guidance and level of expertise helped us navigate through some of the complexities (especially as this was right in the onset of COVID19). Selling a house isn't just black and white, there are a lot of "gray" areas and one of the things Adi excelled at is that he had a significant network of people that he had a good relationship with (buyers' agents, real estate attorney's, mortgage brokers, plumbers, contractors, etc). Through his network we were able to better manage the sale and closing. Highly recommend!

There were multiple offers on the house which was very exciting(!), and unfortunately also multiple deals that fell through (until the final one, obviously), but Adi always kept his cool throughout our whole house-selling process. Adi has a great deal of experience and it shows. His personality is also very calming and he always had a way of putting us at ease. ZillowVERIFIED I had recently contacted Adi (June 2020) to help me find a house in Edison neighborhood. He started with tall promises but soon failed to deliver on it. He did not understand my requirements, sending me list which are way out of budget or does not meet my criteria. We were supposed to meet up on a weekend for house showings but he failed to get the appointments, and did not care to update me about it. If you ask any question over email he simply ignore it and then you have to chase him. He needs to work on his work etiquette and be more professional. He should respect time given to others and not come up with excuses such as busy with other clients all the time. Bottom line, he is not reliable.

I feel its waste of my time and effort to even think about the experience he left us. 1) Worst professionalism and communication, never answered my calls and rarely called me back. 2) Didn't show up for my open house and didn't let me know about this prior even after I tried to reach him out for 4 days. 3) Above all, he left my listing without even informing me and didn't remove the Lock-box outside my home though its been 10 days, its still lying outside my house as of 04/03/2019. The feeling of disgust he left me in, is unexplained.

He helped us focus on our must-have's and priorities amid the controlled chaos which ensues home-buying. Being a new construction, we needed help all along and with his General Contractor background he helped us make the right choices (re: within budget). Adi is a 'true' buyers agent who showed us properties to our liking incl. our gains and losses for each of these homes ($300-$600K). He understands the market and was able to help us understand what we are buying into today and what it might be valued in the long term. To say that Adi guided us move into the home and is responsible for us being excited and happy will be an understatement. Adi understood our requirement and send listing what we are looking for. Even when we are doing the inspection he gave suggestion about major issues we have have to be more worried about and some issue we can take care by our self after closing. When we first started searching for a house, we really did not know what we want or what locality to search houses for. Adi patiently started off showing some typical houses with varying price ranges in various localities, so that we got an idea of the typical houses. He showed us old houses and new developments. My wife is very particular about vaasthu. He was very accomodating on her vaasthu requirements, brought compass to all our house visits (to determine orientation of house, location of the rooms etc...) and was very patient throughout the entire process. He showed us almost 150 houses in middle new jersey, in the entire time being very very accomodating. He showed us houses all over new jersey, ranging from, edison, bridgewater, plainsboro, west windsor, princeton, robbinsville, monroe, north brunswick, south brunswick, east brunswick, morganville, piscataway, colonia, iselin, metuchen, old bridge, marlboro and hillsborough.
