BHHS Florida Realty

Have used Barbara to buy two homes and sell one in the Fort Lauderdale area. Let's face it, in these situations you spend a lot of time with your broker. Barbara is a delight to be with, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market, provides you all the pertinent market data, keeps a transaction moving, and helps keep it smooth all the way through closing. Would recommend her to anyone many times over.

Barb bought and sold 2 of our houses in the last year and 1/2. Above all she is personable, persistent, and knowledgeableaEUR"willing to do what it takes to achieve your goals, whether its finding your dream house, vacation home, downsizing, etc. She is part of a great team, Tim Singer Coldwell Banker. My husband and I highly recommend Barb.

Barbara is the consummate professional. Full of integrity with tough negotiating skills. Barbara advised us about pricing which brought us more traffic. When an issue arose during the inspection process, Barbara ensured we paid only our share. Plus she is a delightful person.

Barbara helped us purchase a new townhouse unit from the developer of the unit. She was very familiar with comparable properties in the area, including other units sold in the development. She gave good guidance in the price negotations as well as in negotiating certain terms of the purchase. After the contract was executed, she remained engaged and involved, including in accompanying us on the pre-closing walk-through inspection of the unit and communicating with the developer to expedite completion of "punchlist" items.

Barbara was very knowledgeable of the market conditions, our housing requirements and negotiated the best contract including guiding us through the closing process here in Florida. We will definitely secure Barbaras services in all our future housing aEURoedreamsaEUR? - she is excellent!!!
