ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara is the consummate professional. Full of integrity with tough negotiating skills. Barbara advised us about pricing which brought us more traffic. When an issue arose during the inspection process, Barbara ensured we paid only our share. Plus she is a delightful person.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped us purchase a new townhouse unit from the developer of the unit. She was very familiar with comparable properties in the area, including other units sold in the development. She gave good guidance in the price negotations as well as in negotiating certain terms of the purchase. After the contract was executed, she remained engaged and involved, including in accompanying us on the pre-closing walk-through inspection of the unit and communicating with the developer to expedite completion of "punchlist" items.

ZillowVERIFIED Have used Barbara to buy two homes and sell one in the Fort Lauderdale area. Let's face it, in these situations you spend a lot of time with your broker. Barbara is a delight to be with, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market, provides you all the pertinent market data, keeps a transaction moving, and helps keep it smooth all the way through closing. Would recommend her to anyone many times over.

ZillowVERIFIED What might have been an obstacle for some was NOT for Barb. While shopping long distance from Seattle, we did searches for realtors in 2 neighborhoods (remote to each other) that interested us. When we contacted one, Coldwell Banker, Barb as a member of Tim Singer's team, responded and began sending us suggested listings. As we reviewed her recommendations we gave feedback with what we liked and wanted to consider further. What Barb did so well was she "listened" to our responses. Even with our being 3000 plus miles away, she took our interests to heart. Months later we flew to Fort Lauderdale and met Barbara Wall for the first time. She treated us and our schedule with focus and high energy. Barb was up front with concerns she had about a property and did not waste our time. She got to know what motivated us and fit our needs so well that she introduced us to our future home. For the next week she negotiated hard for us and totally surprised and thrilled us with the final price. We were fairly certain we would lose the house because the seller would not come down far enough. Barb proved us wrong.Since our own experiences, we have referred friends to Barb and her team at Caldwell Banker. Although we had initial contact with more offices than I care to mention, hers is the only one I'd revisit or recommend to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Knowing precisely what type of home I was looking for, and not willing to make many compromises, I made Barbaras job of finding and selling me a home extremely difficult. We must have viewed a couple dozen properties. And through it all she always had a smile on her face and was bubbling over with excitement. And after the sale when it became so frustrating with banks, paperwork & mortgages, it was Barbara who helped me every step of the way and pushed me through. She is one of the most passionate and dedicated persons about her work Ive ever met. There are no mistakes and nothing is left undone. I am so thrilled about our new home and owe it all to her and my wonderful husband:)
