Chandy worked with me in finding a house in the Upstate area. She was patient, not pushy, and enthusiastic during the whole time I was searching and viewing houses. She was willing to find time to show houses I was interested in within just a few hours of contact. She made sure to keep my preferences in my mind such as a fenced backyard for my pit bull and location close to work. While I was under contract, she was always readily available to answer questions via text or phone call and provide advice. She has a strong network of mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, HVAC specialists, real estate lawyers, and insurance brokers in the area which was super helpful for someone not familiar with the real estate industry. Overall, Chandys professionalism, knowledge, great negotiating skills, and accessibility have made her a pleasure to work with. Chandy is honest and down to earth.
