Always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions and kept us updated throughout the process. We were first time home buyers and she provided professional guidance and was very patient. She knows her stuff and will always ensure you are taken care of. She started as our agent and she ended as family. I'm forever grateful for her. Chandy is a true blessing! I highly recommend her.

She really makes you feel like family while she makes sure you are getting what you want and need in the process! I would never use anyone else for my real-estate needs! ZillowVERIFIED Chandy worked with me in finding a house in the Upstate area. She was patient, not pushy, and enthusiastic during the whole time I was searching and viewing houses. She was willing to find time to show houses I was interested in within just a few hours of contact. She made sure to keep my preferences in my mind such as a fenced backyard for my pit bull and location close to work. While I was under contract, she was always readily available to answer questions via text or phone call and provide advice. She has a strong network of mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, HVAC specialists, real estate lawyers, and insurance brokers in the area which was super helpful for someone not familiar with the real estate industry. Overall, Chandys professionalism, knowledge, great negotiating skills, and accessibility have made her a pleasure to work with. Chandy is honest and down to earth. I not only found a great real estate in the area but felt like I also found a good friend. I could have not found anyone better to work with in finding the perfect house. Thanks so much Chandy!
