Beyond Properties Realty

Shannon went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful to have had her as our realtor! She is incredibly responsive, organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. She kept us on track with reminders about next steps, helped schedule additional appointments, and coordinated details we never expected our realtor to handle. There were so many times when we would think "We should probably reach out to Shannon about this,aEUR? and every time she had beat us to it and told us she already had it covered. Throughout the process she made sure things were taken care of before we even had a chance to worry about it. During inspection when an issue with a cracked pipe came up, she contacted the city herself to help coordinate the repair and even scheduled the additional appointments we needed with a plumber. When we were considering a home directly across from a school and were concerned about the traffic during drop-off, without hesitation she ran across the street to chat with a school bus driver to get us the details we were wondering about. She was always willing to jump in, take something off our plate, and go the extra mile. It's clear that Shannon genuinely cares about her clients and she supported us with empathy and patience through a chaotic housing market. We always felt that she was genuinely invested in helping us find the right home and never felt rushed or pressured throughout any of the process. We really appreciate the thoughtful touches from Shannon and her team like the birthday cupcakes/moving boxes for clients and it's clear how much the team values the people they work with. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Shannon in our corner and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Shannon Unick is the person to use when searching for your home in Chicago. She was the first and only realtor who returned my call when I started my search on Zillow. After that she was in constant contact with me; always checking to make sure I had all my ducks in a row. She walked me through the process like a caring professional. She carried my luggage up four flights of stairs, she picked me up from Union Station to make sure that I got to a showing on time, she even went and purchased kitty litter, a tray, and a scoop for my cats when I left mine at a rental. She literally went above and beyond to help me find my dream home in Chicago. I told her she was sent from heaven. She was my angel.

Cynthia was a blessing as my selling realtor in the very successful sale of a condo I owned in Oak Park. From our initial meeting, she had a strategy to aid me executing renovations within a timeframe to successfully achieve a targeted dollar selling price. Cynthia's knowledge of altering the interior premises provided recommendations and support with tradesmen, paint colors/sheen for walls and wood floors, lighting, repairs, fixtures - everything in its entirety. Cynthia checked in on the workers and progress of their work. Her dedication to her clients, diligent work ethic and guidance throughout this preparation and sale process exceeded my expectations. Cynthia's communication is seamless and feedback instant. The staging resulted in a very cozy condo very tastefully done and welcoming. A video and photos were completed, but never used due to the private sale success. The one evening private sale was 4 or 5 consecutive showings, which resulted in a buyer who bid $5k over asking - SOLD. All Cynthia's hard work resulted in a quick and successful sale. Cynthia earned and deserves a 5 star rating and is a 5 star Realtor.

Karen is the absolute best definition of a realtor. Not only because she helped me buy but also because of her wide knowledge, connections, maturity and ability to get things done the right way. I'm happy with my purchase and definitely she is my to go realtor from now on. I'm glad I found her and I would recommend her as a 10/10. At the beginning it all started as a regular routine home looking conversation but we ended up closing a beautiful with a breathtaking view condo in Oak Park. Thank you Karen. Youre the best

Cynthia helped me sell my condo in Oak Park. It sold above the asking price. She helped me plan the last of my renovation, stage the unit for pictures, and strategize how and when to list. She walked me through all the variables that can come into play with offers and contracts with potential buyers. She's an experienced local pro with a network of connections in case you need referrals for attorneys, contractors, handymen, photographers, etc... Great experience. My sale went smoothly and she was a big part of that. Highly recommend!
