The property sold in April of 2020 despite the many challenges associated with selling this property, i.e., significant taxes, 100 year old home, location, condition and most importantly Covid-19. Having sold two homes prior to this sale it was obvious that the services Cynthia provided were above and beyond the service I received from realtors I have used in the past. Specifically; Cynthia was knowledgeable regarding properties in the area; connected me with numerous contacts with local contractors to complete repairs; communicated her concerns very well; made excellent repair suggestions and kept me well informed throughout the entire process.It should also be noted that I lived in another state while the property was on the market. We were impressed by her warm enthusiasm and passion for her work - this woman loves her job. She paid close attention to our preferences and didn't make us feel like we were too picky, while bringing her experience to the equation so we could quickly understand the parameters of this market. Then she sent us listings regularly over the course of several months, where we'd indicate what we liked/ didn't and why, and often we'd have follow-up conversations. And she also understood the type of buyer who would appreciate it and be ready to take the home into its next chapter.
