Sam was AMAZING to work with. He truly cares about his clients needs. His level of service and attention to detail is just mind blowing. He always remembered what was important to me in my property search and guided me throughout the journey till after I closed. I never felt pressure with Sam when I was conflicted between 2 properties. He is always very positive regardless of how the weather was during the winter season or how many prooerties we had looked at on any given day. Anytime I called him out of the blues with a question, he enthiusically provided the answer or got back to me promptly. As a first time home buyer, I soon realized after meeting with Sam that I hadn't fully figured out my non-negotiables on the house I wanted. Sam was very kind, professional and diligent with taking me to see various properties until I fully knew what I wanted. He also was very prompt with getting back to me and called to check up on me to find out how I was settling in my new place.
