ZillowVERIFIED Sam was AMAZING to work with. He truly cares about his clients needs. His level of service and attention to detail is just mind blowing. He always remembered what was important to me in my property search and guided me throughout the journey till after I closed. I never felt pressure with Sam when I was conflicted between 2 properties. He is always very positive regardless of how the weather was during the winter season or how many prooerties we had looked at on any given day. Anytime I called him out of the blues with a question, he enthiusically provided the answer or got back to me promptly. As a first time home buyer, I soon realized after meeting with Sam that I hadn't fully figured out my non-negotiables on the house I wanted. Sam was very kind, professional and diligent with taking me to see various properties until I fully knew what I wanted. He also was very prompt with getting back to me and called to check up on me to find out how I was settling in my new place. ZillowVERIFIED When you go to meet with an realtor, at first you always have the same expectations - that he/she is there for the commission, and that you probably will never hear back from them. Well, Sam is totally the opposite. He is an amazing realtor and a friend. When we met with him for the first time, he wanted some information like what we really NEED in a house, what is WANTED and what AREA we were looking for. From there we were able to create like search criteria, and not only that Sam will call on any house for you, not only on the web but if you see something on the streets while driving. He will actually call right away for you and get all the necessary info, and call you back pretty much the same day. Sam is really knowledgeable about the laws and the whole procedure of buying a home. He is not scared of asking what you want and demand it for you. The best part is that you can contact him at any time of the day and if you say:" I want to see this house tomorrow", he will respond with: "Is 9am ok for you, and do you want me to come get you and drive you to there?" Sam is always prepared and have done all the research that we actually were supposed to do and was ready for us to tour the houses and give us his professional opinion when we asked him. After we bought our house, Sam didn't stop there. He was checking on us pretty much every other week asking if we like the house and if there is something else that needs to be checked on with the seller and if they have missed something they promised to fix or do. I mean, you don't just get a realtor with Sam, you earn a FRIEND for life.

I never felt rushed or that I was wasting his time. He really listened to the things that were top priorities in a home and showed us several that were good choices. When we found that right one for us I was really impressed with Sams professionalism. He spent a lot of time and energy working a fair deal and getting us the best possible price. While under contract he kept us informed during the whole process. We have been in our home two years and we still hear from Sam which is awesome. I feel we have formed a great business relationship. But, Sam was super helpful in answering my bazillion questions and helping me understand the real estate process. He was very diligent in watching for properties that might interest me based on my 'requirement list.' He gave good suggestions and helped me feel knowledgeable in what I was doing. Sam's schedule was very accommodating for me in getting out to see properties pretty much as soon as I wanted. He always came prepared with everything we wanted to know about all of the houses we were looking at and because he was on the on constant watch and knew what we were looking for he was able to find us a home that fit all of our needs and at the price that we needed for our budget. When looking at homes at first in our area we were very dissapointed with what we were seeing and what we could get for our price range. After a month or so of looking he saw a price drop on a home that was a much better fit for our family and although it was still above our price range was sure he could get them to negotiate down to what we could afford. We looked at the home, loved it and he was able to get it at the price we needed. He also negotiated to have a home warrenty (which we had never heard of before) included with the purchase of the house which has already saved us many times.
