WOW! We are extremely pleased with the service and communication from Scott throughout our home buying process. We just closed on our house and we can say that from our very first email to Scott until the moment when he handed us our key, his knowledge and communication were both spot on and ridiculously efficient. At the beginning of our process, we had been casually working with a friend in the real estate industry, just to see what was available and what our next steps were. Ultimately, she wasnt very helpful or responsive and we decided we needed to part ways with our friend if we wanted to fully pursue buying a home.We found Scotts name, sent him an email, and within the hour (maybe actually twenty minutes), we had everything we were looking for - a list of potential homes, the story behind each of them, and a confirmation that we were going to see a few of them that weekend. Meeting Scott a few days later, we knew that we had made the right choice in the person to help us get into our first house. He shoots straight, moves quickly, answers all of our questions (including both the ridiculous ones and the ones we had to ask two or three times because we forgot the answer). One of the things that stood out to us the most about Scott was his availability. When you are buying a home, you have tons of questions, and you (selfishly) want them answered as quickly as possible. Scott went way above and beyond this. He was immediately available with every text, email, and phone call. Scott also took the initiative to check in with us frequently and share insight on where things were in the process. We never felt unsure or uninformed.When it comes time for negotiations, you want an agent who can keep your best interests in mind. While we were communicating back and forth during the negotiation period, Scott never pressured us into a purchase decision, in fact, he was more than happy to walk away from the deal if it wasn't where we wanted it. We HIGHLY recommend choosing Scott to help you with your home purchase. He is thorough, efficient, communicative, and made our home purchase fun and easy!
