Ben is an awesome realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyer and we dont know anything about buying home at all. Ben was really patient and arrange a meeting to cover most important knowledge about each steps of home buying and what to do for us and gave us a notebook of knowledge he covered during the meeting when we first met.
