ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the 2nd home we have now bought with Dawn and the first we have sold. Dawn was patient with us through the entire buying process. We originally wanted to stay within Omaha but chose to branch out and she never once complained about the drive. She knew great stats about our town and was always willing to look up information or direct us of where to find it. During the selling process, she helped us coordinate house cleaning and carpet cleaners, staged our home for showings, and was always communicating with us about showings, feedback, and contracts. We will always recommend Dawn to our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was awesome! She worked really hard to get us the best deal on our dream home. She was always available and always got back to me by email or phone right away. She was really sweet and great to work with and would definitely use her again and will refer all my friends who are interested in buying a home. She really knows what she's doing and is on top of everything all the time. Thank you Dawn!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was an excellent agent to work with. She was always very responsive and worked diligently for us. Despite the difficult market, she was very knowledgeable and we even received feedback from a seller that an offer she submitted for us was "very well put together" and "strong." Even our 2-year-old daughter loves Dawn because of her friendly nature. I would definitely recommend Dawn as an agent and hopefully will get to work with her again in the future when we sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was an exceptional Realtor for us! We are a military family who was moving from overseas to Omaha when we found Dawn. She guided us through the whole process since we were not able to be there in person until the closing date! She was attentive, responsive, thoughtful about our needs, and went out of her way to help us buy the perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was great. She helped us purchase a house, sight-unseen, which is pretty stressful. She was super communicative and helpful, with great knowledge of the local area and great contacts with the home inspector and financial services folks! I will definitely work with her again an encourage others to do the same! Especially with COVID travel restrictions and shopping/buying remotely, I cant say enough about how well she video taped everything and answered all of our questions. I always felt that she was giving her honest assessment of the home, good and bad, not just trying to close a deal - that meant a lot to me.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is Amazing and loved working with her. She was recommended by my friend who also worked with her in closing the house recently. Dawn is very knowledgeable about the process, neighborhood, market condition(The listing price was high, Dawn gave a ballpark range and the final closing price was in that range!!! demonstrates her knowledge!) and a very good network of specialists required to complete home buying. She is very friendly, in fact, she would provide information as if one of your family members. She is always on your side, on top of the steps involved in the buying process to ensure the process goes through smoothly. I highly recommend Dawn with no hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn Grimshaw is our Real Estate AgentPeriod. She has sold two homes for us and has guided us through the building of our current home. She has been extensively involved in all three transactions and has used superior marketing techniques to sell both of our homes. She sold our last home the same day it was listed. Many agents I have worked with in the past have been a armchair quarterbacks. If you want an agent with over 20 years of experience that will be extensively involved, that is going to stand up and advocate for you and help you navigate through a difficult decision making process, Dawn Grimshaw is the agent for you. ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was amazing. I used her when I bought the house and when I sold the house. Whenever there was an issue she helped quickly resolve it, so much so that the problems seemed nonexistent. If you have a choice to have her as an agent I would highly recommend you do so. I feel that I was in the best hands for selling my home, even with a pandemic ranging.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was extremely helpful and I couldn't have been any happier. I am a first time buyer so she guided me through the entire home buying process. Any questions I had, she answered immediately. She would ping me when there was something I needed to complete on my end. I hear nightmares and complications about the home buying process, but working with Dawn made my experience a pleasant one. If you get a chance to work with Dawn, do it! You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is a great agent who exceeded my expectations under challenging circumstances. I faced a string of difficult buyers but Dawn was always working hard for me, and in the end the house sold for $10K over asking. Dawn always responds to requests quickly, knows the process well, and most importantly she cares deeply about providing the best service for her clients. I highly recommend her for selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was able to quickly understand our criteria for a house, she knew we were not under time pressure, but she was very attentive to finding what we might like. There was no pressure from her for us to make a decision and she was available on weekends or odd times when we were able to look at houses. She followed up on questions we had about houses that were listed as FSBO, even though she had nothing to gain by helping with that. After we bought our house, she continued to follow up with the seller when we had specific questions about the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is great. She knows her stuff, but she's also a wonderful human being. We've worked with her for a long time, and I'm always impressed at her ability to treat us like her number one priority no matter what else is going on. She's also a great cheerleader when things get choppy. We've had a number of friends become agents since we started working with Dawn, and at no point have we considered moving our business over to them. That hopefully says all you need to know about how amazing she is at her job.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and her customer service was excellent. What matters just as much, was her ability to navigate the process, negotiate with the other party, and keep me informed. I basically didn't have to do much besides answer and send texts/emails to her. I have already recommended her to my parents, who also purchased a home with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was phenomenal! We found Dawn through Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider program. Our first call from Dawn was the day before we arrived in Omaha after making a last-minute decision to take a weekend house-hunting trip to OMA from St. Louis. We didn't have high hopes of being able to get into homes that weekend on such short notice, but in spite of our haste and Dawn receiving a new exchange student that Saturday, she moved her schedule around and met us to walk three potential homes. Talk about customer service! We didn't end up making any offers that day, but throughout our relocation process Dawn was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and thorough with incredible knowledge and advice. When we did find the 'forever home' Dawn made the process seamless and smooth. We've now been in our home for about a month (Verified Purchase here) and we couldn't be happier that we chose Dawn. We have already told many of our friends and colleagues about Dawn and will definitely refer others to her... including you! Your search is over, call Dawn now, you will be glad that you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Dawn from the get go was a very pleasant one, being first time home buyers there was a lot of things we didn't know about buying a house, and we needed someone who would be honest with us and not sugar coat things and she was the perfect fit, she took her time and explained everything to us as she should . Throughout our journey of searching for the perfect house that met our needs she was always prompt in her response to our text messages, calls and questions and was always very punctual. Her personality is awesome and you will love her. I will recommend her any day. She is awesome. Thanks Dawn.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn assisted us in obtaining a builder to build our "Dream Home" and in the sale of our previous home with the entire process taking place over a period of 5 years. She originally came to our previous home to help us prepare it for sale and recommended the changes we needed to complete. Then when we were ready, she set up interview appointments with a variety of builders. After choosing one, she was there for us during the initial contract negotiations and the build process. She is very attentive and responds quickly. Has a vast knowledge of the current housing market and when we needed to make decisions, she assisted us by providing a variety of options available to us. We highly recommend her!
