(Even when we were states and countries away) The biggest part was how she made us a priority and got us into a fantastic home within a short widow of time. During an open house, the agent asked for my budget immediately upon greeting me. After I shared my budget was, she stated that I was out of my price range and would not find anything in the area. This was both dismissive and incorrect, as I had just viewed another nearby property within my budget. A more professional and respectful approach would have made a significant difference. I would not recommend this agent based on this experience.

Jackie is the most knowledgeable realtor who went above and beyond to sell our house , before, during and even after the sale. We had moved out of state before the completion of the sale. The buyer's final inspection revealed mold from an unknown leak in the kitchen. Jackie coordinated the remediation and the rebuilding of the kitchen after the sale had gone thru.
