During an open house, the agent asked for my budget immediately upon greeting me. After I shared my budget was, she stated that I was out of my price range and would not find anything in the area. This was both dismissive and incorrect, as I had just viewed another nearby property within my budget. A more professional and respectful approach would have made a significant difference. I would not recommend this agent based on this experience.

Thelma, has helped us purchase our two homes, and has done an excellent job at finding excellent renters for our first home. She is very thorough, organized, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. She is very patient as it took us several months to find our homes but she worked with us as we were very specific as to what we were looking for. Thelma is very professional and is a go getter. So if your ready to purchase a home, Thelma is the person for you.

I employed Thelmas property management services for several years and then listed the property with her when it came time to sell. She promptly sold the property. The entire experience was outstanding in every way. Thelma is a motivated professional who is well organized, and expert in every aspect of her field. Who could ask for more? I highly recommend her!

I wasnt using an Agent and she was representing the builder. She was very professional and was immediately available for any questions. Some problems arose with the builder and she addressed and mediated the problems in a professional manner. She stood up for my family and I would definitely recommend her.
