Matthew has been, and is still very fast in getting back with any information or request I have. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and interested in finding the right property for us. Additionally, he has been willing to work with us on our purchase of vacant land as opposed to an existing house, something many other agents are not that enthusiastic to do. We have not found that perfect property yet but we will definitely keep working with Matthew.
