Eddy did an excellent job setting our family up with for success by providing homes to choose from and be flexible with his schedule to do showings. Eddy is very thorough, patient, and follows through which is greatly appreciated but foremost he is honest. Eddy really set expectations with honesty which helped us navigate the home buying process. He also communicates frequently but also asking to ensure what he is doing is right by the customer (e.g. contact volume, phone over email, etc.,). I cannot recommend Eddy enough.

Josiah always answered quickly. At the same time he was not trying to force us to hurry up and pick a house either. He helped point out great things and things that needed work in each place. He then helped us line up people to help get the process rolling. I changed up my filters for my search and he did not mind at all! There has not been one time he hasn't taken the time to answer every question I have thrown at him! Josiah is a great person to have on your team when buying a house, he helped us find our perfect forever home!!
