He also communicates frequently but also asking to ensure what he is doing is right by the customer (e.g. contact volume, phone over email, etc.,). I cannot recommend Eddy enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on our second house with Eddy and it went very smoothly. About 5.5 years ago, Eddy found us our perfect starter home for us and our 6 kids. We moved out of state recently and rented out the property, which he also manages! Hes been able to keep the tenants happy and us informed.When we reached out that we were coming back earlier than expected, we knew we needed another home since ours is occupied. We sent Eddy a few houses and he was on it! He made appointments to look at the houses and eventually got us an accepted offer within a week!Eddy keeps it real. He helped us get everything ready to schedule showings and we had an offer for full asking price within 72 hrs. Up to this point he had been extremely responsive and helped negotiate a great contract that met some of our unique needs, but I think we were even more impressed with how well he took care of us even after we had accepted an offer. He quickly arranged all of our inspections and even helped coordinate multiple minor repairs. We never had any difficulty getting in touch with him when we needed him and he was always very timely and professional making sure our needs were met. We really can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Eddy.
