Teri is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. Our family has bought, leased and sold multiple properties with Teri's help in the Merced, CA area. She is always one step ahead of the process and has local experts that can repair just about anything. She was our one stop shop for all things real estate in Merced, CA and could not be more pleased. Thank you for not only being an amazing realtor but also a kind and personable human being.

Teri provided outstanding support in selling our property in Merced, CA. I have bought and sold 6 properties since 1977 and she is far and above the normal real estate agent that I have used. Her expertise in the myriad paperwork in California was second to none and she always knew the answer. She also was extremely supportive in getting the property ready to sell and went way beyond in helping while I was out of state. She obtained maintenance support when needed and her suggestions on preparing the property was spot on. She always knew who to go to when house problems surfaced and they were always fixed immediately. Her support was instrumental in having the first person who looked at the house buy it and we closed in less than 3 weeks. She is the person to go to.

Teri was absolutely amazing to work with. She helped us sell our home quickly and guided us through every step of the process. She was proactive, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. As first-time sellers, we truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and commitment. Teri is hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. We loved working with her and would choose her again and again. Thank you, Teri, for making this experience smooth and successful.
