ZillowVERIFIED Teri provided outstanding support in selling our property in Merced, CA. I have bought and sold 6 properties since 1977 and she is far and above the normal real estate agent that I have used. Her expertise in the myriad paperwork in California was second to none and she always knew the answer. She also was extremely supportive in getting the property ready to sell and went way beyond in helping while I was out of state. She obtained maintenance support when needed and her suggestions on preparing the property was spot on. She always knew who to go to when house problems surfaced and they were always fixed immediately. Her support was instrumental in having the first person who looked at the house buy it and we closed in less than 3 weeks. She is the person to go to.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri was a consummate professional while selling my house. She knew the market and set the price perfectly to optimize my net cash sheet. She was timely, and accurate. She was considerate of my mom who was living in the home and worked around her needs. She also made signings of documents seamless and considered dates that I would be in town for signings. She set up a roofer to fix a tile and when I asked how much to pay, she said she covered it. I was most impressed with her as she documented every negotiated conversation, which in the end worked in our favor as proof on what was discussed and what was agreed upon on various items in the home. I feel she protected my rights and worked in my best interest throughout the whole process. It was the best home selling or buying experience I have had to date.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri is honestly the absolute best real estate agent one could ever meet and I would highly recommend her without hesitation. If you've come across her profile while searching for real estate agents, look no further - she is beyond amazing! She helped us find a home in Merced in record time, leveraging her expertise combined with her in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods. She listened closely to our needs, and was very honest in telling us what she thought would fit our needs, and what isn't worth the time - where we felt she's known us for years picking out the exact details we cared most about. Being new to Merced, she took the time to give us a socially distanced tour of the neighborhoods (where we followed her in our car while on the phone) which got us extremely excited about the city and helped us narrow down on a few neighborhoods we really loved. Through it all, she was always easy to reach and extremely responsive as well as very proactive in recommending properties that met our criteria. Once we found a home, she handled absolutely everything. She provided the best advice on how we could position our offer, knew the best and fastest local lenders, visited the property to follow up on inspection/repair progress when we weren't able to come into town, and ensured everything was smooth all around -- the definition of going above and beyond. We ended up closing in record time without a hiccup, and are absolutely in love with the new home!

She had strong knowledge of the local area, and also had relationships with builders which made it really easy for us to find the perfect home for us. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have had the great privilege of working with Terri now on two separate and very different house buying experiences. In 2015, we purchased our first home, and Teri patiently and diligently walked us through the first time buyers experience. It was smooth, and she answered every question we asked; but moreover, she helped us with the questions we did not know to ask. The house we purchased was in a perfect neighborhood, and had all the features we wanted at the price we needed. We loved that home, and Teri told us we would before even seeing it; boy, was she right! Then last year in 2019, when our family needed to transition to a bigger home, she walked us again through a much different house buying experience; she approached a builder on our behalf, and we bought a home that had not even been constructed. Through the entire building processaEUR"6 months in totalaEUR"she was our voice in the process, and worked with both our lender and the builders to make sure the house was completed to our expectations. If I had to sum up our experience with Teri in one word, I would say aEURoemarvelous.aEUR? We are forever grateful to Teri, not just once, but twice now, and would whole-heartedly recommend her to any perspective buyer or seller: there simply is no one better.

ZillowVERIFIED We are new to town and first-time homebuyers. We are so thankful to have had Teri as our realtor. She was extremely patient, knowledgable, and committed to finding us the perfect home. We felt comfortable asking her our infinite questions and felt comforted by her sharp expertise. She has great connections with people in the industry and a deep understanding of the town and market that only a local professional could have. We ended up buying a home with a developer we didnt even know existed. Everyone told us buying a house is so difficult, but it didnt feel that way with Teris support and insight. She even swooped in to help us when something got delivered to our house before we moved in. Through it all, she was more than a realtor; she was like a wonderful and welcoming neighbor that we could rely on. We highly recommend working with her!
