The team was great. Very friendly but professional. They were very good at explaining the process and what was needed from me, so there was no guessing at what was required. We also had a less than responsive agent to work with on the other side, and Krisrin followed up with emails and numerous phone calls at all hours to keep the ball rolling. Overall, a good experience!
