ZillowVERIFIED We used Kristin to both sell our home & purchase our new home, so I'll talk a bit about each experience. For the home purchase, we originally had located a home in Huntsville, which is quite a distance from Kristin's normal area. Despite that, she was happy to drive out (45 minutes out of area) & show us the home. The owner decided not to sell, so we started looking again closer to Springdale. We found a nice house outside Tontitown & called Kristin (on a Sunday) to give her the address so she could schedule a showing. Kristin called us back within 3 minutes and said 'hold tight, I'm on my way', so we were able to view the house immediately, and ultimately ended up buying the property.Once we had secured the property, we now had a challenge. We needed to sell our current home, and hopefully close the sale before we closed our purchase, so that we could put more money down. Kristin sold our house in under a week on the market, and managed to schedule it to close in the morning on the same day that we closed our purchase a couple of hours later. As I have some physical limitations, she also managed to get us help getting several things moved out of our house so that it showed better. She went above and beyond and we would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Bella Vista from Kansas in Feb 2018. Kristin was my realtor and her communication long distance was awesome. She kept me in the loop at all times. Kristin is a superb judge of home building workmanship, and her honesty is refreshing in a world where untruthfulness is rampant. The first house I looked at I loved, and wanted to put in an offer. Kristin could have just said okay let's write it up, but she pointed out several flaws in the workmanship (it was a new build) and after I saw the flaws, was so thankful for her insight. Eventually I found another house, through Kristin, that I loved, and it was the right price, location, and neighborhood. Kristin and her assistant Melody, were professional, personable, and the buying process was smooth. You'd think that after the sale, and after Kristin collected her realty fees that you'd never hear from her again. Not so......Kristin brought homemade goodies and thoughtful gifts to her new buyers, just to make us feel welcome in Arkansas, and to feel like we had a friend in a new area. Kristin's brokerage paid for my entire family (and other new buyers) to go to an awesome Pumpkin Patch near Pea Ridge in the fall, and they set up pictures with Santa for new buyers at Christmas time. I have never had such good, hometown service from a realtor. Kristin would be my first recommendation for anyone buying or selling house in NWA. Respectful, honest, reliable, and real estate savvy. Both lived out of state & Kristin made sure to make herself available every time they came to town. She is one of the top 5 realtors in the NWA area & it is no wonder why. She goes out of her way to make sure she finds the best fit for her clients at the best prices. Having such a great working relationship with other realtors helps that process. We started using Kristin 3 years ago. Since then, she's left cookies for us at home & tickets to events for our family. She really cares about her clients both before AND AFTER the sale. ZillowVERIFIED We have a daughter , sophomore @ the University of Arkansas . We visit once a month as a result of living out of state. The last two years we have met some great people in Northwestern Arkansas . We have been looking to purchase a 2nd home in the Fayetteville & surrounding areas . It will allow us to spend more time in Arkansas , plus a nice home for our daughter while she is in college. A good friend referred us to Kristin . We have never written a review for a realtor. The experience we had was not as expected , hence why we are writing the review. The short version , this lady showed up late not once but twice. We traveled across 2 states so our time is important. The lady was not dressed (@ least with a degree of professionalism ) we felt she should of been considering she works as a realtor. My husband said she had an odor or alcohol . Regardless if she was drinking, we feel strongly the lady could show up on time & dress the part. She kept gossiping as well about other people , we guess she worked with . We were polite but let me put a strong emphasis on "we were disappointed" & we do not recommend this agent for anybody. We did contact a different company & the experience was much better. We called our friend & explained the experience . Ironically , he said he referred Kristin not from a friend , but because he read her reviews , and he apologized for not being completely honest.

She is a truly dedicated hard working lady. She was so quick to respond to any email/ text I sent her,no matter how annoying of a question it was and no matter the time I sent it! She never made us feel like we were a bother to her and we always felt like we were her only clients, even though we weren't. We had some issues with the mortgage company taking their time and she was quick to stand up to them when she knew I was upset. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Kristin has been a great one and I would definitely recommend using her. I explained to Kristin all the things we had to have and things we wanted in a house. She seemed to really listen to me and all the houses that she showed us had these things and more. Kristin answered her phone every time I called her and was always available to answer any questions I had. She was willing to show me all the houses that I had picked out along with the ones she had found that matched my criteria. Kristin was very sweet and never seemed bothered to show me a house. In the past, I have had ageents that didn't listen to me, had an attitude, and would try to talk me out of different houses or neighborhoods. I feel like Kristin was a breath of fresh air because she was the opposite of the bad experiences I have had. She made the whole process seem easy and stress free. If we move again, I will definitely contact kristin and you should as well.
