Alex Baez is very honest, professional, knowledgeable, honest with empathy for his clients situation. He is the best Realtor that Ive ever worked with. He sold my late mothers property on Long Island for 105,000 over asking and kept us updated in the process. Alex and his team has my 100% recommendation!

Angelo was the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Buying an apartment in New York City can be overwhelming, but he guided me through every step of the co-op process, from understanding building rules to navigating the board package, always explaining things in a way that made me feel confident and prepared. His responsiveness and calm reassurance were invaluable, leaving me feeling supported, especially during the more stressful moments. Though I primarily worked with Angelo throughout, Alex also helped facilitate and expedite matters along the way. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I closed more speedily than what I imagine is the typical NYC timeframe. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in NYC, especially first-time co-op buyers.
