He truly went above and beyond. For example, during the final walkthrough, an issue arose and within minutes Alex got the guy who inspected the house for me out there in person to take a look and then arranged for a contractor to do an evaluation that same day. I don't know what I would have done without him there to recommend an attorney, an inspector, etc. He was also very accessible throughout the process, and kept me updated on a consistent basis. ZillowVERIFIED My family has owned a home in the Bronx since 2001, at the time a brand-new build. Since Covid (in 2020) we have relocated and found our forever homes in Florida. Managing and taking care of the property and its tenants. In late April 2023, we decided it was time to move on from our home and we entrusted Alex and his team to assist us in the process. Alex & his team did an extortionary job assisting my parents sell their 3-family house in the South Bronx. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always gave great advise. I am the financial advisor, daughter and money man for my parents, so all dealings and decision came from me, and Alex made it very easy for me to do so. He was very accommodating to the tenants who were still on the property, his team doing their best to relocate and assist our tenants to find a few dwellings. Alex kept us in the loop, giving us updates every Friday faithfully, never missed a day. Very good on follow up and follow through. If I had a question, Alex was quick to call me with an answer. we started working with Alex April 2023 and have closed 4 months later Aug 2023. I would recommend Alex & team to all.
