Besmatch real estate

I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism Arif demonstrated during this transaction. Him and his team are diligent, responsive and extremely hard working. I will be recommending his services to my family and friends.

Top notch team. 2 thumbs up and 5 star rating is well deserved. The level of customer service and responsiveness I received is unmatched. I will be referring all my friends and family. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Arif did an outstanding job in finding prospective buyers for my sister-in-law's home. He demonstrated top notch knowledge and expertise in helping to navigate my wife and I through this process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Arif and his Team are a TOP notch realtor that sold our Co-op over asking price before it was on the MLS I was very happy with the ability to communicate with them when I needed to, which is very rare with other New York City realtor agents. This should be everybody's go to realtors agent. I highly recommend them.

Another successful deal with Arif! His experience was invaluable from properly vetting the buyer to guiding us through negotiations and keeping us informed throughout the entire sale. When the buyer tried to renegotiate before closing, Arif gave us excellent advice and helped us maintain our position. We truly appreciated his professionalism, communication, and judgment from contract to closing. Highly recommend!
