I was dealing with a aEURoelow life squatteraEUR? on my property and Arif is really helping me to illegal harass the tenant to illegally force the tenant out. Arif has been harassing family members of the tenant, telling them they will be responsible for any lawyers fees and rent owed, which is false. Arif really went above and beyond when he falsely posed as a lawyer to harass the tenants elderly mother, who is disabled and incompetent, getting her riled up about some fees that shes not actually responsible for. Arif is a class act, he is the Saul Goodman of real estate.

He walked us through the entire process and answered all of our many many questions. Not only does he know Westchester like the back of his hand he also has trusted relationships with inspectors, mortgage lenders, and everyone else in the business which he was happy to connect us to. After showing us several homes we found one that checked all of our boxes - old world charm, 3,000+ square feet, level private property, walking distance to town and the train, and a detached apartment. He was able to get several bids on the property very quickly and got me over asking price. When the management board failed to approve the buyer he was quick to reach out to the board, discuss their criteria, and quickly found me another buyer. He recommended a lawyer for me who had a very reasonable rate and did great work.
