Berkshire Hathaway

Whitney Lohr was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we listed our home in Wesley Chapel, she brought incredible energy, professionalism, and dedication to the process. She was always available when we had questions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I was already living out of the state, and she handled the process so seamlessly while I was on the other side of the country. Thanks to Whitney's experience and hard work, our home sold within 2 weeks of listing it! She guided us through every step, handled details proactively, and made what can be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed. She had people lined up to fix the few things found on the inspection, so I didn't have to go searching online and hope for the best. If you're looking for a real estate again who is responsive, hardworking, and truly committed to getting results, I cannot recommend Whiteny Lohr enough. She exceeded our expectations in every way!

Joyce handled the sale of my family's home of more than 55 years in the most caring and professional way. Closing happened less than 2 months after being listed! She communicated regularly with my brother and myself. Overall excellent service! I thought this would be a difficult process but Joyce Luloff made this whole experience very pleasant and easy for me! Thank you, Joyce!

When I needed to sell my home, I asked a friend if he knew any realtors and he recommended Joyce to me! Now I highly recommend Joyce, too - - our home was listed for 10 days and Joyce got us an offer! The entire process was smooth, and Joyce does an excellent job of keeping you in the loop, communicating, and seeing things thru to conclusion! If you need to sell your home, Joyce is your realtor!!

Joyce provided exemplary service throughout the process of selling both of our properties simultaneously. She provided sage advice, followed up on processes seemingly bottle necked and was always cheerful and positive even when I became frustrated with delays.

Whitney provided excellent service. Each issue was addressed in a timely and professional manner. She made the selling process easy and stressless! I highly recommend retaining Whitney as your real estate agent.
