Joyce provided exemplary service throughout the process of selling both of our properties simultaneously. She provided sage advice, followed up on processes seemingly bottle necked and was always cheerful and positive even when I became frustrated with delays.

Joyce handled the sale of my family's home of more than 55 years in the most caring and professional way. Closing happened less than 2 months after being listed! She communicated regularly with my brother and myself. Overall excellent service! I thought this would be a difficult process but Joyce Luloff made this whole experience very pleasant and easy for me! Thank you, Joyce!

When I needed to sell my home, I asked a friend if he knew any realtors and he recommended Joyce to me! Now I highly recommend Joyce, too - - our home was listed for 10 days and Joyce got us an offer! The entire process was smooth, and Joyce does an excellent job of keeping you in the loop, communicating, and seeing things thru to conclusion! If you need to sell your home, Joyce is your realtor!!

Joyce Luoff is incredible! She was referred to me by my son. He and his wife had such a wonderful experience with Joyce helping them find their first home. I didn't think anyone could live up to such glowing remarks - LOL they are so young...what do they know...they are newbies...but THEY WERE RIGHT!!! I was amazed that she consistently went above and beyond just as my son told me! She handled the purchase of my home as if it was her own investment!!! Below are a few things that stood out about Joyce as we worked together. 1. Excellent listening skills. Based on our conversations - she found a home that was perfect for me. 2. She was immediately responsive!!! I never had to wait for her responses! 3. She was knowledgeable and patient. She made sure that I understood everything step of the process. 4. She was respectful and handle my negotiations as I asked and offered advise as needed based on her expert opinion. 5. Excellent communication skills!!!It was a pleasure working with Joyce and highly recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a home.
