Annie is the best! We haven't purchased in 35 years, and so much has changed. Annie walked us through every step and was always there to answer any questions. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was very willing to work hard for us. She would even work as the go-between when needed with the builder and lender. I highly recommend her.

Annie found us our dream home. We thought this home was out of our reach but with Annie she made it happen. Kept us informed every step of the way. We can never thank her enough for all of her help. At our closing she got our doggies the best house warming gift, this is how well she got to know us. Thank you again Annie you are the best !!

Annie is great. She is honest, knowledgeable about current market, highly responsive and a good person in general. Having to sell our house when we are out of state is stressful in itself, but Annie was very helpful with every detail to get us through this process. We recommend Annie 100%. Thank you Annie!

Annie was wonderful to work with as a realtor. She guided me on what to do to prepare to list and show my house. Her expertise through the whole process was exceptional! Annie was quick to respond to my calls when I had questions. I would highly recommend Annie Mitchell! Thank you Annie for a wonderful experience and a successful sale.
