Kevin has been fantastic. We couldnt be happier. He helped us sell our old house very quickly and then was very responsive when we bought our new house. He knows Lake Forest really well and took our needs/considerations into account when selecting a home. I love that we were able to borrow his moving van for free to help cut down on costs and it was very convenient.

Kevin and team did a fantastic job handling two transactions that led me to my dream home! Communication was prompt and thorough. I felt comfortable with them selling my house while I was out of town!

I knew Kevin was the best, so when I was ready to list my house he was the only one I called. Now that my house has sold and closed escrow, if I had to do it all over again.......yes, I would call Kevin because he is the best. If you want it done and done properly, call Kevin.

Kevin is an outstanding real estate agent. He knows how to market and sell a property under the most difficult circumstances. Throughout our partnership with him, we were never able to meet with him in person as we are based in a different state but it didnt matter. He was always available to us 24/7 and spent many hours at our property making sure everything went smoothly during the entire selling process. Hes also very smart and savvy given his years of experience in the industry. And his staff is amazing! Very professional and caring at the same time. I highly recommend him.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job navigating a sales process that involved a court order, an unwilling participant and a challenging real estate market. Despite the challenges, Kevin found the perfect buyers and negotiated a deal that achieved everyone's objectives. I highly recommend Kevin and his team to anyone that needs to sell their home for top dollar.
