We began our process last summer, 2019, looking for a vacation home on Cape Cod. After doing some on-line searching, Christa contacted me, and we instantly connected. We knew exactly what we wanted, and she completely understood our needs. I wouldnt say that we had loose parameters either because we were very specific in what we wanted out of a Cape house. No matter what house I/we wanted to see, Christa quickly made the appointment, and we were looking at the property shortly thereafter. Calls or texts were responded to quickly, and we always felt like we had a great resource to guide us along this path. We definitely had some issues along the way, but Christa helped us deal with them with professionalism and optimism. She thoroughly understood the Cape Cod market and that was extremely helpful. We ultimately found our dream home, and Christa was so helpful every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy on the Cape!
