We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christa for a year as we explored multiple potential buying and/or selling scenarios. Christa was incredibly responsive and understanding of our unique situation. Her vast knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and network contacts coupled with her excellent communication gave us complete confidence that we were fully informed and supported at all times. Christa is extremely personable and we will definitely use and recommend Christa for any real estate needs in the future!

Christa worked with my family to find the perfect property. She exceeds all expectations...responsiveness, market knowledge, advice on offer construction. She was particularly thoughtful in trying to get us into the right house, not just any house. When we waffled, and dropped off the radar for a bit, she was patient and neve r pushy. She has my highest recommendation, I'll be using her for all property purchases on Cape Cod in the future.

I came to Christa with a list of things I needed/wanted in a home, a budget, and that I wanted to buy in Chatham. I thought it would be a long process before I was able to find anything. Well, 2 months later I closed on my dream home - in Chatham and within my budget!! Christa is amazing! I really believe my happiness and finding the right house for me was her top priority. She really listened to me and all the homes we viewed would have been good fits for me. She was also fantastic in negotiating the purchase price to fit my budget.

We first hired Christa to sell a flip we did in Harwich and we're very satisfied with here overall knowledge , understanding and attention to detail. Christa's understanding of the market is spot on and aggressive. Our second experience was the selling of our primary home along with the purchase of a new home. A negotiation which yielded our asking price and a new home in the same town all within one weekend while we were in NC visiting our daughter. To say the transactions went smooth and with minimal amount of stress is an understatement. We felt we were always in good hands and able to speak and ask questions at a moments notice. Will continue to use and recommend Christa for are future real estate needs. A true professional.

Christa is just the best! This is the second opportunity I've had to work with Christa and for good reason! She was fantastic when I purchased my home in 2019, and so of course i wanted to work with her again. Her vast experience and extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods was invaluable. Her expert advice, resources and marketing resulted in my house becoming under contract within two days of listing! Christa is just a pleasure to work with and I was lucky to have had the occasion to do so once again!
