Carlos was given two tasks from me and he went far beyond what I would expect to be in his scope of work. 1st to find me a house that I would fall in love with from the area, schools, style of house and in my price range. He found me a house that is my dream home and I really wanted that house. I told Carlos go get that house for me and that is what he did. there was about 6-10 people bidding on the property but Carlos out hustled everyone and the seller could see we just wanted it more and we got it. 2nd thing was I had to sell my old house after having to renovate the property , but Carlos worked with me on what things I could do to the house to flip it with a decent profit margin.
